Substrate Specific Liquid Culture

[Invitro]

I made a Substrate specific LC using 480ml distilled water.
.5ml brown rice flour and 15ml honey.
The LC was innoculated with 5cc of Penis Envy multispore
then placed on my magnetic stirrer for 5 days til there was
a good bit of growth then took if off the stirrer and placed
the LC in the incubator for 5 days to let everything settle to
the bottom and and let the mycelium start to build digestive
enzymes for the brown rice flour.
After the 5 days off the stirrer there is a 3 centimeter thick
slurry of mycelium in the bottom of the jar , the jar was placed
back on the stirrer for 6 hours to re-oxygenate the LC before
shooting the BRF jars.
I will post updated pic's as I take them, The jars showed noticeable
growth in 24 hour and I will take Pic's every 72 hours.

By the way the darker 1/2 pint jars were made with
BRF/Verm/Worm castings, I dont want anyone thinking
there is something wrong with the darker cakes.

Cultura Liquida para substrato especifico:
Fiz uma cultura liquida(lc) utilizando 480 ml de agua destilada, 5ml FAI e 15 ml de MEL.
A LC foi inoculada com 5cc de soluçao multiesporo da strain PE e coloquei em uma agitadora(misturadora) magnetica pr 5 dias até que houvesse um crescimento considerávelmente aparente, entao tirei da misturadora e mandei pra incubadora por 5 dias pra deixar tudo " repousar" no fundo do recipiente e assim deixar o micelio criar enzimas digestivas especificas para FAI.(n.t. - muito inteligente!)
5 dias depois de sair da agitadora tem uma camada gosmenta de 3 centimetros de micelio FORTE no fundo do pote. o pote foi colocado novamente por 6 horas no agitador para re-oxigenar a LC antes de ser inoculada nos potes feitos de receita PF padrao.
Irei postar as fotos assim que tirar mais.
os potes já demonstram notável crescimento em 24 horas e eu atualizarei novamente daqui 72 horas.
(n.t. caramba queria ter uma agitadora também.)

Day 7

Jars were all innoculated on the 7th and it looks
like the glass half pint will finish first do to their
smaller size and will do 12 invitro and probably
birth 12 into the fruiting chamber on or around
day 10.

Todos potes foram inoculados dia 7 e parece que os potes de vidro irao colonizar primeiro devido ao tamanho menor e serão 12(potes) para frutificaçao invitro (nt.eles usam muito isso) e 12 serão aniversariadas em terrario no décimo dia ou algo perto disso.

would be nice of you if you can explain a little about invitro(mycrotek) to our brazilian pals, we dont have much experiments on that here.
maybe because of high temps? or just because of no ones ever tried before
